Professional Background
Doug has worked in cities around the world including London, Paris, Moscow, Beijing and Singapore and held numerous positions in both management and consulting roles. Having worked with large organizations such as Astra Zeneca, BP, BUPA, Cathay Pacific, Cooperative Financial Services, Cummins, Isuzu, Marks & Spencer, Phillips, Schlumberger and TNK-BP, he has gained first-hand knowledge of these industry sectors.
His roles have included merger and acquisition due diligence, the formation of a cleantech joint venture in Beijing and the re-organization and management of global IT operations for the world's largest commodity trader.
Doug holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mechanical Engineering) from the University of British Columbia and a Masters of Business Administration from INSEAD (France). He is also a Professional Engineer (Canada) and speaks three languages.

Kelly Davidson is an Investment Associate and Associate Portfolio Manager. She has been with Odlum Brown since 2016 and working closely with Doug Chambers since 2018. She holds an undergraduate degree in business management from UBCO and has since achieved her Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) and Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM) designations. She also became a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI®) in June 2023, which is the senior-most recognition issued by the Institute.
Kelly is passionate about investing in the community, currently serving as a Board member for the Kelowna Women’s Shelter and as a Catalyst Ambassador for the BC Cancer Foundation. Kelly was also previously recognized as Kelowna’s Woman of the Year (2017) for her work with HOPE Okanagan and was appointed to the Mayor’s task force to develop a strategy to address homelessness. Kelly and her husband spend their time enjoying the outdoors with their dog Sprout, playing rounds at the local golf courses, and enjoying the local wine regions.

Angie Rachkowski is one of the longest standing team members at the Kelowna office. With nearly 25 years of experience, Angie embodies Odlum Brown’s INVESTING FOR GENERATIONS® tagline, as she worked with former Branch Manager Bruce Chambers before joining Doug’s team. Angie brings a breadth of experience and wisdom to the team and has formed deep, meaningful relationships with clients over the last two decades. She is a registered representative with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO). She also acts as Kelowna’s Office Administrator and a leader for the support team. Angie and her husband raised their family in the Okanagan and are enjoying watching their kids pursue their own passions as they become young adults.

After beginning her career at one of Calgary’s most prominent law firms in reception, Lindsay Caron joined Odlum Brown in 2017 when she moved to Kelowna. Since then, she has consistently made an impression on clients with her efficiency and warm demeanor. Lindsay has an exceptional administrative skillset and brings detail-oriented organization and outstanding client service to the team. Lindsay joined our team in March 2023 and is our “go-to” for scheduling, events and logistics. Lindsay and her husband spend their leisure time enjoying the four seasons of beautiful Okanagan weather with their two young sons.
