Background
Ryan Eisenbock joined Odlum Brown in May 2016 and works as a Portfolio Manager alongside Investment Advisor and Chair Andy Eisenbock and the rest of the Eisenbock Group. He obtained his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation in 2020. The team leverages their combined investment industry experience to help their clients achieve their financial goals.
Investment Approach
Ryan works with each client to tailor a portfolio best suited to their individual needs, financial objectives and risk tolerance. Understanding that a solid investment plan is pivotal in achieving an individual’s current and future goals, he utilizes the value-based investment philosophy shared with the Odlum Brown Research Department to keep his clients’ investment plans disciplined and on track.
Ryan offers discretionary portfolio management and ensures that the optimal strategy is created for each of his clients. He utilizes a full range of services to strategically develop a personalized portfolio. This process involves working with Odlum Brown Financial Services Limited* to assist clients with retirement, tax and estate planning, coupled with drawing on the expertise of Odlum Brown’s independent research team and in-house trade desk.

More About Ryan
Born and raised in North Vancouver, Ryan received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Capilano University.
As a proud cancer survivor, Ryan feels grateful to be in a position to give back to the organization that helped him battle Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. In 2020, Ryan had the pleasure of organizing a successful fundraiser called “A Decade Later.” This fundraiser was a way to celebrate 10 years in remission by giving back to BC Children’s Hospital. He, alongside his fundraising team, was able to raise over $50,000 for the Music Therapy Program at BC Children’s Hospital. In July 2021, Ryan organized his second fundraiser, “Bocko & Friends Run for Music Therapy.” In October of 2023, Ryan organized his third fundraiser, “Bocko & Friends Cheers to Music Therapy,” hosting 300 people and raising an additional $47,500. His fundraising efforts have amounted to over $140,000 since 2020, and alone helped fund the entirety of the Music Therapy program in Oncology at BC Children’s Hospital in 2022. He plans to continue his fundraising efforts for BC Children’s Hospital on an annual basis.
On weekends, Ryan enjoys trips to the family cabin on Lillooet Lake, fishing, hiking and golfing with friends.
