Peter Pacholko has over 35 years of experience with Odlum Brown and the investment industry. Mr. Pacholko brings considerable knowledge of strategic planning, corporate governance, risk management, financial management and operational leadership. Mr. Pacholko has held other senior positions including Director, Operations and Technology. He is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Senior Leadership Team and Operations Team.
In 2022, Mr. Pacholko was appointed to the Board of Directors of Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation (CDCC) and Canadian Depository for Securities Limited (CDS). He is active in several industry associations and is a member of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO). Mr. Pacholko is involved in CIRO’s Conduct, Compliance and Legal Advisory Section (CCLS) and the Financial Operations and Administrators Section (FOAS). As a member of the FOAS, he participates in the Operations Subcommittee. Mr. Pacholko is a Certified General Accountant (CPA, CGA) with the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia.
